Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for the Holiday Program, accommodating approximately 150 participants with specified meal and snack provisions on 31 March and 1 April 2026.

Scope

The scope includes providing catering services for the specified dates, including snack packs, fruit, beverages, and lunch items as detailed in the specifications. The service provider must supply all necessary cutlery and serviettes for the event and ensure timely delivery and setup at the designated venue.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of snack packs consisting of grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, seasonal fruit, and 500ml fruit juice.
• Supply of bottled water (500ml) in sufficient quantities.
• Lunch options including boerewors rolls with fries and soft drinks.
• Delivery and setup of all items on specified dates (31 March and 1 April 2026).
• Provision of necessary cutlery and serviettes for 150 participants.
• Adherence to specified quantities and presentation standards.
• Compliance with waste management and disposal regulations during and after the event.
