Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to conduct comprehensive food safety audits across all UJ food premises. The audits aim to ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards, enhance food safety practices, and maintain high-quality service delivery over a period of three (3) years.
