The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the compilation of the General Valuation Roll and Supplementary Valuation Rolls, as well as their ongoing maintenance, for the Masilonyana Local Municipality. This aims to ensure accurate and up-to-date property valuation data for the financial years from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2032.
