Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 120 units of Combox boxes designed for storing transport monthly logs, to be supplied to Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal. Technical Requirements

• Supply of 120 self-sustaining cardboard storage boxes (Combox) for storing transport logs.
• Boxes must support space-saving storage and hold a ream of A4 paper, supporting up to 80kg pressure.
• Front flap for quick retrieval and easy assembly.
• Dimensions: approximately 120mm width; fold dimensions: 24.5 x 33 x 12cm.
• Compliance with attached specifications, including material, size, and design features.
• Samples may be required for inspection before final acceptance.
• Boxes must meet quality standards and conform to specified standards in the specification form.

Skills Requirements

• Capability to produce or supply compliant storage boxes according to detailed specifications.
• Ability to provide samples for quality verification if requested.
• Experience in manufacturing or supplying medical or storage containers that meet safety and durability standards.
