Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering road materials required for port maintenance activities at the Port of Ngqura. The work is to be performed on an as-and-when basis over a period of twenty-four (24) months, ensuring continuous maintenance support for the port infrastructure.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply and delivery of various road materials necessary for port maintenance.
• Execution of maintenance work on an as-and-when basis.
• Provision of services over a contractual period of twenty-four (24) months.
• Completion of both Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as specified in the tender documents and system uploads.
