Objectives

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Proven experience in supplying technical equipment similar to listening sticks for water infrastructure monitoring.
• Ability to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
• Completion of all mandatory administrative documentation, including MBD forms, declaration of interest, and supply chain management practices.
• Qualified personnel with technical expertise in WDM technology and physical loss detection equipment.
• Capacity to provide after-sales support and maintenance services if required.
