Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure transportation services for 960 people attending the Women Empowerment Program organized by Ingquza Hill Local Municipality. The service aims to facilitate safe, reliable, and efficient transport to and from designated memorial sites across various wards, ensuring the successful execution of the program.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of transportation using 2X15-seater mini-buses to multiple ward pickup points within the Ngquza Memorial Site area. The service includes transportation for scheduled pickups at specified locations, covering all listed sites across different wards, as detailed in the specifications. The contract duration is 90 days from the tender's closing date, with the possibility of extension.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of 2X15-seater mini-buses for each ward pickup point as specified in the specifications.
• Transportation to multiple designated memorial sites within each ward, with clear pickup and drop-off points.
• All vehicles must meet safety and operational standards, including valid registration and compliance with relevant transport regulations.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price, covering fuel, driver allowances, and other associated expenses.
