The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of executing a strategic migration from VMware to H3C Cloud Automation System (CAS) over a period of three years. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition with minimal downtime, zero data loss, and full post-migration operational integrity, supporting HSRC’s data centre infrastructure modernization.
