• School shoes, socks, pants, shirts, jerseys, undergarments, vests, ties, tracksuits, school bags, raincoats, gumboots, blazers, sports shorts, and T-shirts.
• Supporting documentation for local and imported content declarations, including supporting schedules and declarations for imported components and local content.
• Both locally produced and imported items, with detailed reporting on imported content, foreign currency payments, and local sourcing.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that all items must adhere to the designated product categories within the Textile, Clothing, Leather, and Footwear sector. The tender documents require detailed declarations and supporting schedules for:

• Local content percentage per item, including local manufacturing, sourcing, and assembly.
• Imported content declarations, including imported components directly by the tenderer, supplied by third parties, or paid for through foreign currency payments.
• Supporting schedules must include detailed cost breakdowns, landed costs, freight, duties, and total imported values.
• All calculations exclude VAT, and the documentation must align with the specified annexures and schedules.
