NATIONAL HEALTH LABORATORY SERVICES INVITES TENDERS FOR TO PROVIDE ALTERATION SERVICE TO OLD
WORKSHOP STOREROOM AND CONVERT THEM TO NEW OFFICES
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 2GB OR HIGHER
Only tenderers who CIDB grading (2GB or higher)
Electrical Wire man’s license (licensed person should be available on the day of site handover to contractor and to the client
Letter of good standing COIDA
Three (3) copies of contactable reference or completion certificate, on client’s letterhead, with contact details ( similar work to be done

5-year company Experience in related field, attach either CK, registration documents, old references which are older as a proof
Provide copy of CV and Certificate of 3 years experienced project manager/supervisor to manage the project (PM/supervisor should be
available on the day site of handover to contractor and to the client)

Industry regulator registration Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) (licensed person should be available on the day of site
handover to contractor and to the client
Plumbing Trade test (Tradesman should be available on the day of site handover to contractor and to the client are eligible to submit

Sandringham, Main Reception on 11 June 2026 starting at 10h00.
