The primary objective of this tender is to solicit qualified service providers for the development and maintenance of an Indigent Management System Register, as well as ICT infrastructure maintenance, support, and professional services, all for a period of 36 months. The aim is to enhance the municipality's capacity to manage indigent records efficiently and ensure robust ICT support aligned with municipal needs.
