The primary objective of this tender is to construct solar-powered boreholes inclusive of water treatment systems across the districts of Uthukela, Ilembe, Ugu, and Joe Gqabi. The project aims to provide sustainable access to potable water, support flood disaster recovery efforts, and improve basic service delivery in affected communities.
