Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of delivering ICT training tailored to youth entrepreneurship. The training aims to equip 28 youths with practical, income-generating digital skills over a 5-day period. The focus is on pragmatic skills that enable immediate application, such as digital content creation, e-commerce, drop shipping, freelancing, and service-based opportunities, with an emphasis on hands-on, practical learning.

Scope

The scope encompasses the design and delivery of a 5-day ICT training program for youth, covering modules such as:

• Digital Content Creation & Monetization (e.g., stock photos, YouTube revenue)
• E-commerce & Drop Shipping (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay)
• Freelancing & Service Opportunities (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork, website design, content writing)

The training must be 70% practical, with active participant engagement, illustrating key concepts and enabling participants to create and upload digital content, set up e-commerce stores, and manage online services. The program aims to foster immediate business opportunities and practical skills for digital entrepreneurship.

Technical Requirements

• The curriculum must be pragmatic, focusing on monetizable digital tools and platforms.
• Modules should include specific topics such as stock photo selling, YouTube monetization, drop shipping fundamentals, marketplace selling, freelancing platforms, and practical service offerings.
• The training must be at least 70% practical, with active use of platforms and illustration of key concepts.
• Provision of a detailed curriculum with breakdowns for each module, including practical activities and time allocations.
• Inclusion of case studies with at least three relevant examples demonstrating real-world application.
• Trainer qualifications should demonstrate extensive and relevant experience in digital entrepreneurship and ICT training.
• Provision of resources and platforms necessary for participants to gain access, with a clear plan for resource management and access facilitation.
