The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Disaster Management Centre Communication System that enhances the management of disaster incidents through an integrated, real-time, web and mobile platform. The system aims to facilitate efficient, coordinated, and resilient response mechanisms, including incident reporting, resource deployment, communication, and post-incident analysis, even in connectivity-challenged environments.
