NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DURBAN INVITES TENDERS FOR REPAIR AND SERVICE OF AIR
CONDITIONING UNITS IN COURTS ROOMS.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 1 ME or Higher
Only tenderers who Submit SBD 3.1 - Pricing Schedule: Firm Price - Fully Completed.
Bidding companies to submit their employed Technician/Artisan: CV's and Qualifications recognized by South African Qualifications
Authority or other relevant institutes-National Diploma in Mechanical ( registration as a HVAC Technician (card or certificate
required))/Artisan with Trade Test ( registration with SAQCC (card/certificate required)) for subject to verification. 02 Technician/Artisan
and 02 Assistance.
Bidders who have done projects with the value from R 175 000.00 and above are required to submit references from previous clients,
including contact details and a brief overview of the services provided. Proof of past experience and successful completion of similar
projects must be included in the form of a letter of award and completion certificate for evaluation.
Bidders must do an inspection of the above service and complete Inspection Site Form and sign it together with representative of the
facility, bidders who did not do the inspection will be disqualified for further evaluation are eligible to submit tenders.
