Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a qualified and experienced graphic design service provider to deliver conceptualisation, design, editing, and typesetting services for a range of marketing, branding, and communication materials for SARAO over a period of 24 months. The goal is to produce high-quality creative designs that align with SARAO's corporate identity and branding guidelines to support its communication and promotional activities.

Scope

The scope of work includes providing professional graphic design services for various materials, such as:

• Advertorials/Editorials (30 units, full colour, A4 portrait or landscape)
• Posters (50 units, full colour, sizes from A3 to A0)
• Certificates (250 units, full colour, A4)
• Roller Pull-up Banners (60 units, 850mm x 2050mm, full colour)
• Wall Banners with Aluminium Frame System (20 units, 3m x 3m)
• Email Invitations (20 units)
• Pamphlets / Fact Sheets / Flyers (30 units, A4 or A5, single-sided)
• Logo Design (20 units)
• Logo Redraw / Vectorisation (10 units)
• Information Brochures (12 units, approximately 20 pages each)

The estimated quantities are indicative and do not constitute a binding commitment. The services are required on an as-and-when-needed basis over the 24-month period.

Technical Requirements

The successful bidder must:

• Provide high-quality, creative graphic design work consistent with SARAO’s branding guidelines.
• Utilise relevant design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and produce deliverables in formats like PDF, PNG, JPEG.
• Deliver final products that meet specified dimensions, colour quality, and formatting standards.
• Provide fixed rates per product category, with pricing to be submitted separately for each item.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design outputs as per SARAO’s requirements.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in similar projects, including marketing materials, banners, brochures, and logos.
• Qualifications and experience of the design resources assigned to the project.
• Ability to produce creative, high-quality designs that align with SARAO’s corporate identity.
• Competence in using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
