The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver underground optical fiber installation training for the Telecoms Department in the Gauteng Region. The training aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance of underground optical fiber cables, ensuring standards are met and competence is certified upon successful completion.
