Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to obtain a written quotation for catering services to support the Job Readiness program in Klapmuts, scheduled for 12-14 August 2026. The aim is to secure a service provider capable of delivering specified catering items and additional items such as crockery, cutlery, and tablecloths, ensuring readiness for the event.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of catering services for the Job Readiness event in Klapmuts, including:

• Preparation and delivery of food and beverages over three days, with specific items listed for each day.
• Inclusion of additional items such as urns, crockery, cutlery, and tablecloths.
• Delivery, setup, and potential adjustments in quantities, with prior communication of changes.
• Compliance with municipal and procurement policies, including submission of supporting documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for catering include:

• Provision of specific food items per day, such as coffee, tea, sandwiches, assorted fillings, small pizzas, beverages, muffins, scones, lasagne, Greek salad, and mini croissants.
• Packaging of all items as individually pre-packed where specified.
• Inclusion of additional items like urns, crockery, cutlery, and tablecloths in the quotation.
• Delivery and setup to be completed timely, with the flexibility to adjust quantities and cancel with 24 hours' notice.
