Objectives

The primary objective is to procure, deliver, and commission high-capacity commercial cooking equipment alongside a dedicated water purification system. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency, hygiene standards, and meal production capacity of the Vryheid District Hospital kitchen facilities.

Scope

The project encompasses the complete supply, transportation, installation, testing, and handover of twenty (20) pan combi ovens and one water purifier unit. Execution must occur at the designated hospital location, following a mandatory pre-installation briefing session. The scope includes ensuring full operational readiness, staff handover, and compliance with all municipal and health department standards upon completion.

Technical Requirements
