The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supply of 27-inch computer monitors that provide reliable visual performance, accurate colour rendering, and streamlined connectivity for standard office or enterprise computing environments.
The scope is strictly limited to the supply and delivery of 27-inch FHD IPS monitors. No additional services such as installation, configuration, extended maintenance, or software integration are included in the provided documentation. The procurement focuses solely on hardware acquisition and logistics.
No specialized technical or professional skills are mandated by the tender. Suppliers are expected to demonstrate standard commercial capabilities for secure packaging, freight handling, and timely delivery of electronic equipment. Post-delivery support would typically rely on standard manufacturer warranty terms rather than bespoke contractor expertise.
FHD (Full High Definition): A display resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, offering sharp imagery suitable for general productivity, document editing, and multimedia consumption.
IPS Panel: A liquid crystal display technology that provides wider viewing angles and superior colour accuracy compared to standard TN panels, reducing eye strain in shared workspaces.
