Installation of an 1800 BTU air conditioner, heavy-duty polypropylene carpet (23m²), and specialized security fittings including a G3 Bandit door on a sally port with ISO panels, a full-view aluminium glass door, a heavy-duty door closer mechanism, and a second G3 Bandit door with an emergency escape handle. • Server Room & Security Office: Installation of secure doors with locking mechanisms, 1200 BTU air conditioners, wall/ceiling preparation and painting, light repairs, and plumbing decommissioning in the office.
  • Additional Areas: Upgrades to the main door, veranda, main hall (two large doors), bathroom passage, kitchen (cabinetry, drainage connection, sink installation, electrical upgrades), bathroom fixtures, and signage installation across all designated zones.
  • General: Provision of a comprehensive site safety file, detailed project plan with milestones, and responsible disposal of construction rubble at a licensed facility.

  • Supply of reliable-brand HVAC units (1800 BTU and 1200 BTU), G3 Bandit security doors, ISO insulated panels, and heavy-duty commercial carpeting.

  • Ability to develop and implement site-specific safety protocols and risk management plans.
  • Valid BBBEE documentation to claim preference points (minimum 51% black ownership, 30% women ownership, or verified disability status).
  • Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multi-trade activities within a restricted operational facility.

Explanation of Unusual or Complicated Terms

Joint Ventures, Consortia and Subcontracting:

Most large tenders are composed of tasks in a number of different fields, and it is not always possible for a single company to cater for all of them, and therefore Joint Ventures and Consortia are formed to then submit a tender together.

Government tenders are also requiring the subcontracting of a percentage of the tender work, and the trouble is then finding Subcontractors to comply with the tender requirements

To assist companies with finding tender partners and subcontractors, you can now submit your contact details and company information on this page, so other interested parties can contact you for purposes of forming Joint Ventures and subcontracting

You will need to supply your details on every tender you are interested in tendering for. For this you need an active Business Listing - Register and Login at My Account to create a Business Listing

NOTE: This is not a tender application form, it is meant to facilitate the meeting of partners to form a Joint Venture or Subcontractor relationship for this tender only
