The primary objective is to procure eight (8) new, domestic queen-size beds for staff residence at Nyavini Clinic. Scope

The contract covers the one-off supply, delivery, and handover of eight queen-size beds to the designated clinic facility. The scope includes provision of complete beds with all necessary assembly hardware, submission of a detailed product brochure, compliance with quality certifications, and fulfillment of a minimum two-year warranty. Pricing must be firm, all-inclusive of delivery costs, and valid for ninety days. Late submissions will be automatically rejected.
