Objectives

The primary objective is to appoint a competent contractor to provide continuous servicing, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs for all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Ntuzuma Magistrate Court. The engagement ensures reliable indoor environmental quality and operational continuity over a fixed three-month period.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for the full inspection, upkeep, troubleshooting, and restoration of all existing HVAC equipment across the court facility. The scope encompasses routine maintenance cycles, emergency breakdown response, component replacement where necessary, and performance verification to guarantee uninterrupted system operation throughout the contract term.

Technical Requirements

• Tenderers must strictly comply with all eligibility criteria published in the official tender documentation.
• Submissions must be received on or before the designated closing date and time, either via electronic upload or as a physical document written legibly in non-erasable ink.
• Cross-outs, alterations, or correction fluids are strictly prohibited; all pages must remain clean and unmarked.
