• Registration: Active verification on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory for bid eligibility.
• Evaluation Framework: An 80/20 preference point system will be applied, awarding 80 points for competitive pricing and 20 points for socio-economic transformation goals.
• Compliance & Disqualification: Failure to meet closing times, quotation validity periods, documentation requirements, or CSD registration will result in immediate disqualification. Bidders must also certify non-collusion and absence of conflicts of interest.
