It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5EP or 5EB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 5EP/EB Valid proof of the required CIDB grading designation for the main contractor; JV
and/or sub-contractor as may be required in the tender data at tender closing deadline or within 21 working days from the closing date
of submission of tenders if this is agreed with the Employer

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Acacia Substation just off Montague Road /
Edgemead Drive in Edgemead, Cape Town, GPS co-ordinates; -33.880556S 18.533333E on 29 July 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 10h00 on Friday, September 11, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
