It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5EB or higher. 4EB Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy
criteria stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at SAIAB building, 11 Somerset street,
Makhanda on 17 November 2023 starting at 14h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
