REMOVAL, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMISSIONING OF AIR -CONDITIONING UNITS FOR VARIOUS GKM
OFFICES
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are registered with CIDB -1ME, are registered with CSD and whose tax matters are in order
with SARS
Only tenderers who are not in the service of the state, who are not listed in National Treasury's list of tender defaulters and restricted
service providers and who meet the minimum threshold on functionality are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Greater Kokstad Municipality, 75 Hope Street,
Adam Kok III Building, Kokstad, 4700 on 14 November 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
