The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive Asset Management Gap Analysis for the University of Pretoria (UP). The assessment aims to evaluate the current state of UP’s infrastructure asset management practices and identify necessary interventions to achieve full alignment with the SANS ISO 55001 standard and the DHET Macro-Infrastructure Framework (MIF). The outcome will support the development of an improvement roadmap to establish a fully integrated, standardized, and sustainable asset management system for the university’s facilities and infrastructure.
