It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 4GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who This bid will be evaluated in terms of Ability and Capability of the Company and 80/20
Preferential Procurement Point system and the points will be allocated as follows. 80 – Price, 20 –SPECIFIC GOALS.

are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R476.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The compulsory briefing meeting will be held on the 19th May 2025 @10h00 at Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality (Creighton
Office), a representative from Dr Nkosazana Dlamini – Zuma Municipality will meet prospective Bidders to provide details of the
Contract.
Bid documents will be obtained on the same date from 08h00 to 10h00 at the BTO office. The cost of the bid document is R 476.00
which is non-refundable. Bid documents will be made available to service providers who PRE-ORDER DOCUMENTS from 09th May
2025 to15th May 2025 @ 15h00
An Electronic copy is available on our website (www.ndz.gov.za) and eTenders https://www.etenders.gov.za/ for FREE.
NB: All SUPPLIERS are expected to join the meeting by 10:00 am, NO SUPPLIER Will be allowed to join the meeting after 10:15 am.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at DR Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipal Board
Room in Main Street Creighton, 3263 on 19 May 2025 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, June 9, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
