SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL PARKS INVITES TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) STAFF HOUSES AT RHODESDRIFT
STAFF VILLAGE IN MAPUNGUBWE NATIONAL PARK AND WORLD HERITAGE SITE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5GB or higher. 4GB Potentially Emerging Enterprises who satisfy
criteria stated in the Tender Data may submit Tender offers.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Tender document with BOQs will only be available at the compulsory site clarification meeting.
A document for information purposes only is available on the SANParks website (www.sanparks.org) or e-Tenders portal
(www.etenders.gov.za).
Only cash payment will accepted. No EFT facilities available.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at R572 (Musina Road), Mapungubwe
Interpretive Centre, Mapungubwe National Park, Limpopo Province on 10 November 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, November 24, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
