It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with CDC'S Procurement Policy and Procedures.
Only tenderers who have 90/10 preference points system in terms of Price and Specific goals scoring will be applicable where a point of
90.00 is for Price and a point of 10 is for Specific Goals are eligible to submit tenders.

Bank, Account No: 000898813, Branch No: 000205, Branch Name: Johannesburg. Bidders are required to use the Contract Number for
this bid (CDC/26/26) as the reference. Proof of deposit is required upon collection of the bid documents. NO CASH WILL BE
ACCEPTED. No documents will be available or issued at the Briefing Meeting and should therefore be collected beforehand.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Mpozolo Primary School (Site Coordinates 32.17833, 28.77478) in the Mpozolo Village 38 kilometres from Willowvale, Ward 24 of the Mbhashe Local Municipality on 04 May 2026
starting at 13h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
