The primary objective of this tender is to develop and construct a fully operational, compliant primary care clinic at Mpozolo Village, approximately 38 km from Willowvale in the Amathole District Municipality. The project aims to deliver a turnkey medical facility that includes planning, design, construction, equipping, and commissioning, with the goal of enhancing health infrastructure, transferring skills, and reducing poverty in the region.
