Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a strategic communication partner or agency to collaborate with the Matatiele Local Municipality's Special Programmes and Communications Units. The goal is to design, develop, and deliver targeted multimedia programming that amplifies specialised initiatives for designated groups and enhances service delivery interventions during the 2025/2026 period.

• Production of multimedia content across various platforms, including radio, television, social media, and digital channels.

• Building media partnerships at provincial or national levels to support messaging and outreach.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on campaign outcomes and impact.

Technical Requirements
