J).THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FORMAL BOAT LAUNCH.
K).THE CONSTRUCTION OF FORMAL WALKWAYS TO STRATEGIC VIEWPOINTS AND FISHING SPOTS.
L).THE UPGRADING OF EXISTING ACCESS ROADS AND PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 6GB OR HIGHER
Only tenderers who 6GB OR HIGHER are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Site 1 - Venue:Mthatha: Mqanduli - Coffee Bay
Beach: GPS Co-ordinates 31°59'9.996"S; 29°8'50.0028"E (Coffebay beach - the site is 70km from Mqanduli town in the Umtata region).
Site 2 - Venue:Mthatha: Mqanduli - Hole in the Wall Beach: GPS Co-ordinates 32°03'.51"S; 29°11'.25" (Hole in the Wall beach - the site
is 10km from Coffebay beach). on 26 April 2023 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
