The primary objective of this tender is to invite emerging contractors to express their interest in being appointed for the construction of low-income housing within the Knysna Municipal Area. The project aims to deliver various types of affordable housing units, including double-storey and single-storey houses, as well as associated civil works such as retaining walls, platforming, minor concrete and civil works, and asbestos roof removal. The overall goal is to support the municipality's housing development program over a period of 15 months.
