Amathole District Municipality (ADM) hereby invites suitably qualified experienced and multi?disciplinary Professional Service Providers (PSPs) or Consortia or Joint Venture to submit a proposal for Planning, Design, Construction and Project Management of a Proposed New ADM Offices on Portion of Erf 1 in Qumrha in Great Kei.

Completed Expression of Interest documents to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed "Re-advertisement: Expression of Interest: Planning, Design, Construction and Project Management of a Proposed new ADM Offices on Portion Erf 1 in Qumrha in Great Kei: Bid No. 8/2/118/2025-2026EOI - AMATHOLE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY" must be deposited in the Bid Box, at the offices of the Amathole District Municipality, Ground Floor, 15 Rees Street, Quigney, East London, 5201, not later than 11h00 on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at which time the bids will be opened in public.

  • Land Surveyor: Registered with the South African Geomatics Council.
  • Quantity Surveyor: Registered with SACQSP.
  • Contracts Manager: Registered with SACPCMP, ECSA, SACQSP, or SACAP.
  • Environmental Practitioner: Registered with relevant environmental bodies.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner: Registered with SACPCMP or relevant safety bodies.
  • All key personnel must have demonstrated experience in managing similar large-scale infrastructure projects exceeding R100 million.
