UP has a fast-food opportunity available at the Aula Building on the Hatfield Campus. UP is seeking creative ideas and vibrant, trendy concepts to utilise the spaces. In line with UP's commitment to inclusivity and diversity, the proposed service offering should: • Complement Existing Services: Enhance and expand upon current offerings to provide a more comprehensive experience for the university community. • Cater to Diverse Needs: Ensure that the products and services are accessible and appealing to the varied demographics of the university, including students, staff, and visitors. • Range from Reasonable to High-End: Offer a spectrum of options that accommodate different budgets and preferences, promoting inclusivity and satisfaction among all community members. The successful bidder will provide all management, systems, labour, materials, and equipment necessary to successfully operate the facility in accordance with a contract created as a result of his/her proposal (RFP). Information Session and Site Visit Date 07 November 2025 Time 09:30 Venue Aula Building (Steers), on the Hatfield Campus of the University of Pretoria, Lynnwood Road, Hatfield Bidders to present identification at the gate (allow min. 30 minutes for registration) An attendance register will be signed and considered as the mandatory document used to verify that the bidder attended the session. The attendance register shall be closed 10 minutes after the time indicated above. Late arrivals of bidders shall be disqualified from the tender evaluation process. Prospective bidders must read the bid specification document and bring a copy to the information session. Please print the tender document and bring it, along with your ID/Driver’s License, to gain access at the Security gate.
