DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WESTERN CAPE INVITES TENDERS FOR COMPULSORY SITE MEETING
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 1. Tenderers need to be compliant and registered on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence
Bank, CSD and on ePS. Tenderers need to be compliant with the above and tax-compliant with SARS at close of tender.
2. Prices shall be submitted electronically on ePS.
3. Tenderers need to be represented by one employer/member (to accommodate interested Tenderers) at the "compulsory site
meeting" on the date and time stipulated.
4. Tenderers not present at the site meeting will not be eligible to tender.
5. Tenderers who arrive late at the compulsory site meeting will be disqualified.
Only tenderers who have experience in Electrical installations and providing CoC's. are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Valkenberg Hospital - Main Stores on 05
August 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 09h00 on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of Tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
