The primary objective of this tender is to invite CIDB Grade 1–9 contractors and professional service providers in the Eastern Cape Province to express their interest for inclusion in the expanded DEET (Disability Economic Empowerment Trust) Panel of Contractors and Professional Service Providers. This inclusion aims to facilitate their participation in upcoming infrastructure projects and related services within the province.
The scope of the tender encompasses two main categories:
The selected contractors and service providers will be considered for inclusion in the DEET panel for a period of 18 months, enabling them to participate in relevant projects and services during this period.

No compulsory briefing sessions will be held; applicants are expected to submit their expressions of interest by the specified deadline.
