Objectives

Technical Requirements

• Completion of the MBD 4 form fully and accurately; any false declarations may result in disqualification or blacklisting.
• Provision of relevant supporting documents such as Tax Clearance Certificate, Company Registration Certificate, Central Supplier Database (CSD) report, certified ID copies of directors, municipal rates and taxes clearance, lease agreements, and authority to sign.
• For the first aid training, the bidder must be accredited and capable of delivering the training to municipal employees.
• For supplies, the materials must meet the specified quality standards and be delivered within the stipulated timelines.

Skills Requirements

The skills requirements for bidders include:

• Ability to provide accredited first aid training, demonstrating relevant expertise and accreditation.
• Capability to supply and deliver specified materials such as compost, sand, cleaning, and stationery efficiently and on time.
