It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are located in the Moqhaka Local Municipality area and have youth ownership of the
company (youth is 35 years and younger). As per the Preferential Procurement Policy.
Only tenderers who pay the Non-refundable fee of R2000.00 and attend the compulsory briefing session are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R2,000.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Payment of the non-refundable fee of R2 000.00 can be made at the cashiers at the main Municipal Building, Hill Street or directly into
the municipal bank account. Proof of EFT payment should then be forwarded to the SCM office via email to [email protected]
and [email protected] or [email protected] , after which the complete document will be forwarded to the bidder via email.

Hall) on 21 February 2024 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, March 25, 2024.
