If you would like to do business with CapeNature, you will need to register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). The process is explained here.
Following registration on the CSD, potential service providers must also register on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank. CapeNature maintains a dual registration process that requires its suppliers to register on both the CSD and the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank (provincial database) for procurement via the eProcurement System (ePS), also known as the Integrated Procurement Solution (IPS).
The primary objective of this tender is to secure the renewal and support of Mimecast software licenses and archive storage systems for CapeNature. The aim is to ensure continuous, integrated cybersecurity services for email, data, and web, enhancing protection against cyber threats, human error, and system failures. The service includes maintenance and support for a period of 24 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.
