The primary objective of this tender is to establish a Panel of Professional Consultants specializing in Professional Quantity Surveyors. The aim is to select qualified consultants who can provide expert services related to quantity surveying to support the University's projects and procurement activities.
The scope encompasses the provision of professional quantity surveying services as required by the University. This includes, but is not limited to, cost estimation, cost control, contract administration, and related consultancy services for various projects undertaken by the University. The University reserves the right to modify the scope and invite re-submission of tenders if necessary.
