Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure external audit services for the University, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and obtaining independent verification of financial statements.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of external audit services, including the review and verification of the University's financial statements, adherence to applicable safety and quality standards, and potential inspection of the tenderer's facilities. The University reserves the right to modify the scope and request re-submission if necessary.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of external audit services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Compliance with Occupational Safety Health Act (Act No. 85 of 1993) for all manufactured and fabricated items.
• Submission of samples, drawings, sketches, and descriptive literature if required.
• Ability to provide security for contract fulfillment through approved financial institutions.
• Acceptance of the possibility of facility inspections by the University.

Skills Requirements

• Proven expertise in external auditing and financial verification.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance related to audit services.
• Capability to prepare and submit detailed proposals, including technical documentation and samples.
