Technical Requirements

• Supply of Glyphosate herbicide in 20-liter containers, quantity: 540 units.
• Delivery to the specified address within 11 days of order receipt.
• All goods must be new, unused, and of the latest models, incorporating recent design and material improvements.
• Goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit, with packaging complying with special requirements and marked accordingly.
• Suppliers must provide relevant documentation, including VAT registration, tax compliance PIN, municipal account, B-BBEE status, and proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• All quotations must be valid for at least 60 days from the closing date.
• Invoices should be submitted via specified email addresses, and payment will be processed within 30 days of delivery.
• All offers must be submitted on official forms, signed, and in black ink, with no corrections made using correction fluid.

• Registered and compliant suppliers with valid tax clearance and VAT registration.
