A non-refundable tender deposit of R476.00 payable by cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
The compulsory briefing meeting will be held on the 14 July 2026 @10h00 at Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality (Creighton
Office), a representative from Dr Nkosazana Dlamini – Zuma Municipality will meet prospective Bidders to provide details of the
Contract.
Bid documents will be obtained on the same date from 08h00 to 10h00 at the BTO office. The cost of the bid document is R 476.00
which is non-refundable. Online Bid document can be obtain on e-tender website https://www.etenders.gov.za.
N.B: All bidders must have printed copies on the briefing date before the briefing session commence.
N.B All Bidders who require printed documents from the municipality must pre-order them as specified on the table below. (Proof of
