The conditions set out in this specification will be used as a basis for monitoring the Services operations The Services are required in the following areas/sectors of the University: • SECTOR 1: Hatfield Campus and Ladies’ Residences; • SECTOR 2: Dwelling Houses, includes Tuksdorp, Van Wouw House, Post Doc Houses, Jacaranda, Enterprise Building, Die Werf, Cum Laude, Protea and TuksSports offices; • SECTOR 3: Hillcrest Residences ( Residences); • SECTOR 4: Medical Campus, includes Prinshof, H W Snyman, Residences, Kalafong/Klinikala Hospital, Weskoppies and Daspoort Clinic; • SECTOR 5: Onderstepoort Campus, includes residences and compost yard; • SECTOR 6: Groenkloof Campus; • SECTOR 7: Mamelodi Campus; • SECTOR 8: Groenkloof, Mamelodi and Onderstepoort Sports Fields; • SECTOR 9: Hillcrest Campus includes House Karee, Sports Campus, TuksSports School, High Performance Centre and Engineering 4. • Hillcrest Campus. Proof of Bank Account: Submit Original Stamped Letter From Bank-Not Older Than 3 Months

Valid B-BBEE Certificate: Valid B-BBEE Certificate from a SANAS accredited verification agency or sworn affidavit as prescribed by the B-BBEE codes of good practice

VAT Registration: Copy of VAT registration certificate. In the abscence of VAT Registration provide a letter with reasons for not being registered for VAT

Proxy: Proxy : Attach a director’s resolution or proxy, authorizing the signatory on the tender documents on behalf of the Service Provider if applicable

Audited Financial Statements: Audited Financial Statements for the two previous financial years

Registration Certificate: COIDA-Letter of good standing: COIDA Certificate in good standing
