STIKLAND HOSPITAL INVITES TENDERS FOR SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALL BETA FENCING AT STIKLAND HOSPITAL
COMPULSORY SITE MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE 20 MAY 2026 AT 11 :00 O’CLOCK THE MORNING. VENUE STIKLAND
HOSPITAL WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT, DE LA HAYE AVENUE, BELLVILLE, AND 7535 CAPE TOWN.
NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE MEETING.
THE DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE DISCUSSED. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS ARE ALSO ATTACHED SUBJECT TO
CHANGES.
NOTE: SUPPLIERS MUST UPLOAD BID SPECIFICATIONS SHEET AND NEC4 DOCUMENTS ON EPS WHEN SUBMITTING
OFFERS.ALL ENQUIRIES MUST BE COMMUNICATED VIA THE EPS SYSTEM PRIOR TO CLOSING TO EVENT.
NOTE: SUPPLIERS MUST PRINT A COPY OF THE SPECIFICATIONS WHEN ATTENDING THE COMPULSORY SITE MEETING.
STIKLAND HOSPITAL WILL NOT ISSUE ANY COPIES OF THE SPECIFICATIONS AT THE SITE MEETING.
NO DEVIATION FROM THE SPECIFICATION WILL BE ALLOWED. PAYMENT TERMS 30 DAYS AFTER INVOICE WAS RECEIVED.
PRICE MUST INCLUDE DELIVERY AND VAT.

It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1GB or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Specialised in Repair of fence
Only tenderers who Bidders must be registered CIBD GB1 or higher are eligible to submit tenders.
