Scope of Work

The scope centres on the complete repair of the designated cooling system. While detailed work breakdowns, site-specific conditions, and performance metrics are contained within the full tender documentation, the core deliverables include:

• System inspection and fault identification
• Procurement and installation of required replacement parts or components
• Execution of mechanical and/or electrical repairs as applicable
• Testing, commissioning, and handover of the fully functional cooling system

Technical Requirements

• CIDB Contractor Grading: Bidders must hold a minimum Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) contractor grading of 1EP or higher.
• Official Documentation: All tenders must be compiled and submitted exclusively on the official tender forms and templates issued by the employer.
• Submission Protocols: Strict compliance with prescribed methods for sealing, addressing, delivering, and lodging tenders is mandatory. Late submissions will be automatically rejected.
• Evaluation Framework: Assessment will follow the structured criteria and procedures outlined in the comprehensive tender data package.

Skills Requirements

Contractors must demonstrate proven technical competence in water engineering and plumbing systems. Required capabilities include:

• Proficiency in diagnosing cooling system failures and implementing effective remedial solutions
• Hands-on experience with thermal exchange equipment, pumps, valves, and associated control systems
• Ability to source compliant materials and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Project management skills to deliver repairs within agreed timelines and budget parameters
