DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WESTERN CAPE INVITES TENDERS FOR SUPPLY, INSTALL AND COMMISSION 2X30KW HEAT
PUMPS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 2ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Please note:
1.Tenderers are required to have a CIDB grading of 2ME or higher (Grade 2: Mechanical Engineering Work).
2.Tenderers need to be compliant and registered on the Western Cape Supplier Evidence Bank, CSD and on ePS.
3.Tenderers need to be compliant with the above and tax-compliant with SARS at close of tender.
4.Prices must be submitted electronically on (ePS).
5.Tenderers need to be represented by one employer/member (to accommodate interested Bidders) at the “compulsory site meeting”
on the date and time stipulated.
6.Tenderers not present at the site meeting will not be eligible to bid.
7.Tenderers must print the attached tender document, inclusive of the BOQ and specifications and bring it to the site meeting.
8.Tenderers must have a registered office and workshop within the Western Cape.
9.Tenderers to have a SAQCC registered practitioner who is registered as a Category B6 practitioner, authorised to install and maintain
refrigeration systems, who is within the employment of the tendering company and registered in the company name,
10.Tenderers who arrive late at the compulsory site meeting will be disqualified.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at RIVERSDALE HOSPITAL PARKING AT
HOSPITAL ENTRANCE on 01 July 2026 starting at 12h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Monday, July 13, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
